Buff&Beyond Vehicle Detailing Services Agreement
1. Scope of Services
Buff&Beyond agrees to perform vehicle detailing services as requested by the Customer. Services may include, but are not limited to: exterior washing, waxing, interior cleaning, vacuuming, carpet and upholstery shampooing, and polishing.
2. Liability Disclaimer
- Vehicle Condition: Buff&Beyond is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions, wear, or damage to the vehicle. The Customer acknowledges that older, high-mileage, or poorly maintained vehicles may be more susceptible to cosmetic damage during standard detailing procedures.
- Loss or Theft: Buff&Beyond is not liable for any lost, missing, or stolen personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove all valuables, electronics, and personal belongings prior to service.
- Mechanical Issues: Our detailing services are cosmetic only. We are not responsible for any mechanical issues that may arise during or after service.
3. Child Seats and Booster Seats
- Customers are required to remove all child car seats, booster seats, or any installed accessories before service.
- Buff&Beyond will not remove, uninstall, or reinstall these items under any circumstances due to liability and safety regulations.
- If these items are not removed, services may be postponed or performed around them at a reduced level of service — no discounts or refunds will be issued.
4. Biohazards & Excessive Contamination
- If any of the following are present: mold, vomit, pet urine/feces, blood, pests, excessive pet hair, or other hazardous materials, an additional fee will apply depending on the severity.
- Minimum biohazard cleanup fee starts at $50, and may increase based on time, labor, and products required.
- Buff&Beyond reserves the right to refuse service if the condition of the vehicle presents a health or safety risk to staff.
5. Financial Responsibility for Additional Charges
- The Customer is fully responsible for any additional charges incurred during the detailing process, including but not limited to:
- Biohazard or contamination cleaning fees
- Service upgrades requested during the appointment
- Excessive dirt or unexpected cleaning labor
- These charges will be communicated to the Customer as soon as they are identified, and must be paid in full upon completion of service.
6. Payment & Appointment Policy
- Payment is due in full at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
- We accept [list payment types: cash, credit/debit, E-Transfer, etc.].
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a $25 fee.
- If a Customer is more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, Buff&Beyond reserves the right to reschedule the appointment and/or charge a late fee.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 8 hours so we can address and resolve the issue.
- We strive for 100% satisfaction, but do not guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, or imperfections due to age, condition, or materials of the vehicle.
8. Agreement and Acknowledgment
By signing below, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the terms in this Agreement. This agreement applies to the current and any future services provided by Buff&Beyond.
